Mass production isn’t in our design vocabulary. We produce three collections every year, with no more than 50 handmade pieces per style that are restocked as needed. As a result, all our clothes reach happy wearers, instead of ending up in landfills or bonfires that choke the planet. And they all live happily ever after.

All our prints use fabrics handmade by our community of artisans, representing craft traditions from across the subcontinent. These traditional crafts have been developed over centuries in harmony with local ecosystems, often using vegetable dyes and water-saving methods. As a result, they’re far more resource-efficient than factory-produced chemically dyed fabrics.

We ship your clothes in beautiful packaging made with recycled paper and leftover fabric. And we use 100% natural fabrics, which means there’s no plastic in our clothes (except in our elastic).

All domestic shipping is done without air transport to minimize our carbon footprint. You may have to wait a couple of extra days to receive your orders: the planet thanks you for your patience! We’re in the process of exploring carbon offsets for international shipping.

Waste isn’t an inevitability, it’s a design flaw. So we design it out, from A to Z. We use every last bit of our fabric: We get creative with our leftover cuttings and pieces, usually using them to craft quirky accessories. We’re scrappy like that. Plus, Surplus fabric gets a second life: 100% of plain fabric used in our clothing is surplus fabric from factory floors, which would otherwise be destined for the landfill.
